CineSage_jr
FOUR DAUGHTERS (1938) was followed up by, in chronological order, FOUR WIVES[/i] (1939) and FOUR MOTHERS (1941). Though at first glance Warner's 1939 DAUGHTERS COURAGEOUS looks as though it's part of the series, it doesn't concern the Lemp family.
ChelseaRialtoStudios
I've tried several times to watch YOUNG AT HEART and it's just painful. I much prefer Dorothy Malone and Robert Keith as father-daughter in WRITTEN ON THE WIND!!!
CineMaven
I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with ya. I tried to watch it but just did about fifteen minutes; and I love Doris Day. Saw the last five minutes and must say I did enjoy Day & Sinatra sharing a tune. No, give me the sisters Lane: Priscilla, Lola, Rosemary and Gale (Page). And I'll take my Oscar-winners doing the Mambo dance of death.
scsu1975
You said it, CineMaven! And the cutest Lane sister is second from left
CineSage_jr
That's Priscilla, the only one to become a star in her own right. But I disagree with you; to my eye, she ranks merely #3 out of four.
