chinaseas
This is a actress that not much has been written about. At one time a biography was being done on Barbara but it never appeared. It would be great that if someone would write on the girl who was to beautiful. And if any her films survive it would nice if TCM could show them. CineMaven
Is it true Barbara's stunning looks would put Hedy's to shame?

smokey15
TCM has shown Prisoner Of Zenda (1922) and Souls For Sale (1923) in the past with Barbara Lamarr. I would also love to know more about her. I'd also like to know what happened to the son she had. I know that Zasu Pitts adopted him after Barbara died but whatever became of him. Did he marry, have children, etc.? It's a shame that no one ever did a biography on her.

RainingViolets101
When L.B. Mayer first saw Hedwig Keisler he thought she was the most beautiful girl on the planet..and when he signed her he told her he would change her name to the most beautiful woman he had ever seen .. Barbara Lamarr- and she became HEDY LAMARR ~
CineMaven
Yes, I remember reading that. I've got to see more pictures of this Barbara Lamarr. I heard she was quite a pistol in her day. WoW!
