Film_Fatale
Haven't clicked on all of these, but it's nice to have the links handy, thanks!
ILoveRayMilland
Thanks! I am glad you included the Ziegfield Follies Fred & Gene dance number! I don't know why, but my absolute favorite dance number is the one in "Swing Time" (Fred and Ginger) It's the one where Fred has been pretending he is a horrible dancer, but all of a sudden he does this amazing stuff. I just love it!
metsfan
Is this the one you're referring to? I will try to find more and if anyone has a request I'll happily run a search.

MetroManiac
All of these are great..............how about adding Fred Astaire and Lucille Bremer's fantastic dancing in Zeigfeld Follies as well as their crowning achievement -- "Coffee Time" from Yolanda and the Thief..... And don't forget Betty Grable and Dan Daily hoofing it to "I Love a New Yorker" from My Blue Heaven. Thanks for the clips.

metsfan
Here you go Metromaniac. Maybe I've taped Ziegfeld Follies but haven't seen it yet. Fantastic sets, hope these are the clips you're looking for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWT9hrbaREc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3tCbdf7rmc Sorry I couldn't find "I Love a New Yorker" from My Blue Heaven. What did you think of the Halloween sequence they did for the kids? David Wayne wore a cool skeleton costume in that one. Fred Astaire and Eleanor Powell in "Broadway Melody of 1940"
MetroManiac
*FANTASTIC!!* Thank you so much. These are wonderful clips and show Astaire, Bremer, and Powell in their prime. GREAT!
ayresorchids
A big favorite of mine that you don't get to see as often. The dancing starts a bit further in, but the beginning might surprise you:
metsfan
Thanks! It's always nice to see Fred playing along with Ginger's games. How about the way he got rid of the big men? I really enjoyed seeing that.
rainingviolets21
The most beautiful dancing scene I ever saw was done by Marge and Gower Champion in Lovely to Look At ...where they danced out of the room on to a balcony and danced off the baconey onto the stars to the beautiful music of Smoke Gets In Your Eyes... metsfan
This was the only thing I could find of them apart from some Dinah Shore appearances. They look marvelous dancing together. Thanks for introducing the pair to me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKiCJcSiioY
metsfan
I know many people on this forum dislike Jerry Lewis, but I enjoy his work and this is my favorite dance sequence from "Cinderfella". Here he is gliding down the stairs and looking for Anna Maria Alberghetti.
