It was recorded in 1951 by Billy Ward and the Dominoes, of which Jackie Wilson was a one-time member.

Andy Williams, along with some female singers, was tested to dub for

this female in her first screen role and her first time singing on the screen.

Movie ? Female first-timer ?

You got it, tom. Todd was Ian Fleming's first choice for James Bond.

Unwilling to commit to a three-film contract, he turned down the James Bond role. The actor ?

As unlikely as it may seem - James Mason. Of course, he's not as

unlikely as Clint Eastwood or Burt Reynolds :)

Sorry. None of those three, Kid. This was an actor from across the pond who is best remembered for a film with Michael Caine.

Sorry, not that one either. This one was also in a movie with Gregory Peck, David Niven, and Anthony Quinn.

Oh, ok. Stanley Baker. His reason(s) are almost identical to my first

choice of James Mason's - offered a 3 picture contract and would only

agree to doing 2. That was a good one :)

Fox may also be correct. I was shooting for MGM, which was located in Culver City, far from Hollywood. You cand take the thread, Kid.
