coopsgirl Posted March 13, 2009 *That's a man?* You bet your sorry Pirates loving hinder it is . This is too! He kind of has a TV's Frank curl working in this one . Speaking of TV's Frank, last weekend I saw some of the MST people live at The Paramount theater touring with their new movie riffing outfit, *Cinematic Titanic*. It's Frank, Trace (Dr. Forrester, Crow), Mary Jo (Pearl), Josh (was in first season as Servo and Dr. Erhardt), and of course Joel!!! It was awesome and the theater was packed. I was only a few rows back from the stage and it was so cool to see them doing their thing in person after watching them on tv for so long. They did a kung fu/blaxploitation movie from the 70s called *Dynamite Brothers* and it was hilarious!! I got all their autographs afterward and shaked Frank and Joel's hands and I told Joel MST is my fave show and has been for 16 years. He smiled at me and now my life is complete :x. Here are some pics. http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t163/coopsgirl_30/joelandfrank.jpg http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t163/coopsgirl_30/tracejoshfrankjoel.jpg http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t163/coopsgirl_30/tracejoshmaryjo.jpg

molo14 Posted March 14, 2009 Hi Theresa, I'm sure you have every picture of her known to exist, but I wanted to post something "just for you" today and this has the added benefit of being very much on topic.
butterscotchgreer Posted March 14, 2009 thank you larry, that was kind of you! that Auntie Mame pic is one of my all time favorites of her. you know, i love Roz russell for her work in the movie version of Auntie Mame, but on broadway after Greer took over, i thought she did just as well! i would absolutely loved to have seen it! reviews on it were extatic! and then when they change it to a musical, my angela lansbury did an absolute amazing job blowing the bugle as Mame too. and i do love lucille ball in practically everything she did, but i didnt really appreciate her as the musical Mame on the big screen, b/c i had been so used to hearing my CD of Angela's original musical version of it on Broadway. FrankGrimes Posted March 15, 2009 What's up, Double R? -- (AP) COMMISSION OUTLAWS TORTURE OF GRIMES The Annual Frank Grimes Torture Thread, a feature of a popular classic movie website, has been ruled unconstitutional. The Human Rights Commission reached this conclusion after a two year investigation revealed inhumane references to one Gloria Grahame, repeated taunts of Fritz Lang festivals known to be inaccessible, and a flagrant display of unflattering pictures of Homer Simpson. Traumatized by the torment, Grimes repeatedly requested medical attention from night nurse Barbara Stanwyck, but was denied this basic human right. "The commission has sent a bold, clear message to those who will deny justice to their fellows," said attorney Paul Biegler, just back from a Michigan fishing trip. "Let the nation, let the world stand on notice." Grimes, thought to be recuperating at The Mission Dolores, could not be reached for comment. That was absolutely hilarious! Genius! You posted this at just the right time, as well. Perfect timing. I loved the digression, "just back from a Michigan fishing trip." That killed me. Congrats on reaching the 1000 posting plateau. What the heck took you so long? Your great writing ability, intelligence, and sense of humor dictates you must post more. You and Diana are the "quiet" assassins around here. The recuperating process is going well. They really take care of you at the Mission:

FrankGrimes Posted March 15, 2009 Surely not so well as the care and incessant attention lavished upon you here? Ohhh, there is nothing that can come close to the constant love I receive on this board from sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many different members. It almost feels like the love comes from just one. It's quite a strange feeling. But they must love me like no other. Such is love. Of course, you wouldn't understand this feeling.

FrankGrimes Posted March 17, 2009 Hola, Kylefornia! -- Where in the world did you find that Gloria Grahame painting? That is sensational! Doesn't she make a lovely Mrs. Miniver? I cannot thank you enough for posting that. This has earned you another free pass. Now I wish you chose to play TWO Gary Cooper movies. Ahhhh, lead poisoning; it makes you delirious. You mean something like this? Evidence! Finally, some evidence! If you look closely, you will see that those are the marks of a snippy blonde. And look how sore my cheeks are! Such cruelty. Do you see those marks around my neck? Uh-huh. Long black gloves. Ohh, and did you take note of the knot? Yep. It's a Double Overhand Seattle Stopper Knot. Who the heck is the girl who is horrified to see such treatment of me? Is she wearing a green sweater? Ohhh, uhhhhh, I guess not.
FrankGrimes Posted March 17, 2009 Bonjour, Minyaharani! -- This evening I was watching Countdown with Keith Olbermann. He was at the Best Persons in the Word segment and the second story spoke of a man who was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence. After refusing to take the Breathalyzer,he told the officer he could not be arrested or charged. Why, you ask? Because he was a country unto himself, in himself. Where did this take place? Pennsylvania!! What was his first name? Scott!!!! I'm on to you, Grimey. Why must you tell everyone who I am?! I'm ruined! Well, I guess I'll have to live with the truth. I'm one of the best... persons... in the worrrrrrrrrrld. So when does Paris fizzle? Ciao, Champoozy -- I thought the "I don't drink alcohol" line was bogus. Seems I was right. Wrong! Like usual. I wonder what country he is? Transylvania! Howdy, Coopy's Clarita -- That's a man? You bet your sorry Pirates loving hinder it is . Is "hinder" Texan for "gentleman"? Speaking of TV's Frank, last weekend I saw some of the MST people live at The Paramount theater touring with their new movie riffing outfit, Cinematic Titanic. Now how in the world can I rip a girl who likes MST3K? That's a low blow! I need to find me some hate. Who is your favorite actor again? Frank better stay on his toes, besides people here torturing him, I think this hot little number is calling for a "date". I gave her Laffite's number! He said he liked numbers, so why not a "hot little number"? Hiya, BitterblechyGreer -- okay frankie, as you requested......... your motorcycle song. I didn't request that! Stop it! Are you trying to get me killed? Ohhh, no. Look who the heck I'm asking.
