garand
And now for something completely different . . . This forum has been great at answering obscure movie questions so here goes. I looking for the name of a song I know I have heard on Looney Tune or other classic cartoons. The music is normally associated with a construction or hammering scene. Normally with the hammer or other construction equipment hitting between every other note below. DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA Any ideas if this is a clasical song or just from the cartoons. FredCDobbs
That's the Anvil Chorus music. The Anvil Chorus is the English term for the Coro di zingari (Italian gypsy chorus), a piece of music from Act 2, Scene 1 of Giuseppe Verdi's Il trovatore (The Troubador) (1853) which depicts Spanish Gypsies striking their anvils at dawn (hence its English name) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXFZckzjcKw
