I have the restored "A Tale of Old Whiff" (1960)  Actually was made in 1959 but released 1960.

The 70mm cartoon was considered lost and wasn't seen for 55 years until it was found in a Cinerama achieve.

It's six track magnetic stereo dubbed for Dolby 5.1 is amazing

This pertains to the CULTURE of the thread.  Don't know how the Youtube poster obtained the 1971 TV promo ad (odds are overwhelming)  Still vividly remembered (51 years no kidding) the :57 - 2:00 time frame music one of the best to this date.  Before network TV became crappy like TODAY! :angry:

(wonder how many telephone operators said...WT*!! :blink:)

 

Believe it or not the SAME analog protocol is still being used called WEFAX.  It's days are numbered.  I can receive those on the shortwave and decoding via Color Computer, Heathkit PK-232 or MFJ-1278B.
