Should had quoted the study itself instead of Infowars (by the way is NOT the Drudge Report) that now has no credibility.

Well it's been a while since all those kids protested worldwide, so far no change in the climate.  Mother Nature is very old fashion, children should be seen and not heard. ;):P

If Yellowstone or some other supervolcano blows it's stack, people will be praying for those greenhouse gases by which won't make a difference.

Yeah the output of the sun, Earth's slightly elliptical orbit, wobble, natural climate shifts also has NO impact - only all powerful man.  Don't deny his and the UN's power.

Geoff Manaugh calls it “the coming amnesia.” He remarks on a talk by science fiction writer Alastair Reynolds:

As the universe expands over hundreds of billions of years, Reynolds explained, there will be a point, in the very far future, at which all galaxies will be so far apart that they will no longer be visible from one another. […] Upon reaching that moment, it will no longer be possible to understand the universe’s history—or perhaps even that it had one—as all evidence of a broader cosmos outside of one’s own galaxy will have forever disappeared. Cosmology itself will be impossible. […] In such a radically expanded future universe, Reynolds continued, some of the most basic insights offered by today’s astronomy will be unavailable. After all, he points out, ‘you can’t measure the redshift of galaxies if you can’t see galaxies. And if you can’t see galaxies, how do you even know that the universe is expanding? How would you ever determine that the universe had had an origin?’

Reynolds was drawing upon an article entitled “The End of Cosmology?” by Lawrence M. Krauss and Robert J. Scherrer, published in Scientific American (2008). This article summarized itself in the sub-head: “An accelerating universe wipes out traces of its own origins.”

Anyone ever built this? I did in 1969, only lasted a few years due to a plastic sheet was used for the main body of Stage 1 and 2 which quickly deteriorated. :(

I've heard that that ting is overdue for a blow out.

It's said that would be the end of America when it happens. Maybe the end of everything but the bugs.

Yellowstone is not connected to the fault system of California or the northwest.  It's known as a hot spot like the one that formed the Hawaiian Islands but much larger in volume.

Ham,  to you,  who are 'they're'?

From what I heard its conservatives like you, Ham;   ones that don't care about the environment and instead are for environmental deregulation,  resulting in the need for a safety-net planet.

Seems that it's only us that is getting hit with carbon taxes / penalties, shutting down major industries while other countries i.e. China, Russia can pollute as they will.  By the way a lot of China's pollution travels here.

What is your plan to eliminate plastics altogether? Far more as I stated before more than just straws and water bottles.

Maybe TV's can be made out of..

The Mars as an alternative Earth doomsday scenario is an extinction level event like an asteroid impact.
