Although I never really knew the actor's name at first, I always wondered.......

Was JEFF DUNHAM'S cranky old man puppet WALTER fashioned to look like actor BILL QUINN on purpose?

Or was it just coincidence.........

I just wish I could post photos.  :(

Still waiting(and hoping) somebody picks up the banner concerning the BILL QUINN and WALTER comparison.  ;)

Somebody out there had the same idea:

The Geico man in commercials looks like my psychology teacher in high school.

Wow, what a coincidence, ham!

Ya see, I remember MY psychology teacher in high school kind'a lookin' like the Geico caveman.

(...was probably that whole "unibrow" thing Mr. Schwartz had goin' on there mostly, though)

Thank you much SCSU, Although I only(at the time) knew him by face only, QUINN was the FIRST GUY I thought of when I first saw Dunham and the WALTER puppet.

Actually though, that white haired GEICO man more reminds me of Veep MIKE PENCE. who after all DOES incite all the excitement as does the average insurance salesman.  ;)

I can see the resemblance.

The other night I watched THE PRINCESS BRIDE and noticed super-hunk Chris Sarandon

reminded me very much of James Mason:

Similar careers too. Gorgeous. Talented. Wish they were in more movies.

PS I attended a convention and was lucky enough to have met Chris Sarandon. He was very charismatic & soft spoken and struck me as rather slight. He's supposed to be 6'1", but somehow seemed a lot smaller.

Audrey Meadows - Peggy Dowd - Jayne Meadows

Okay CJ, seeing as how Peggy DOW once costarred in a particular movie that starred Jimmy Stewart playing a character named Elwood P. DOWD, I suppose I can understand your slight confusion with Peggy's surname here. ;)

(...but yeah otherwise, I do have to say Peggy does look quite a bit like the Meadows sisters, doesn't she)

Sorry about that, she is still among us BTW according to IMDb. I just watched her in Undertow, and she looks even more like the Meadows sisters on film. So Dargo tells about Dow, you must have noticed her too, to remember her name. She's quite cute in Undertow.

I edited it, thanks

I always thought she was really REALLY cute and played her role as the nurse very well in that movie about the six foot tall invisible rabbit, anyway.

Unfortunately, Peggy's filmography isn't very long as you know.

I think I've watched Undertow years ago, but can't remember too much about it. Perhaps Eddie Muller will show it on his TCM series.
