Posted: Jul 4, 2008 3:46 PM in response to rainingviolets21: "I'd rather kiss a toad's behind." ...which is the same as kissing Larry King. Look Bronxgirl, why not give Larry a chance. Can't you picture him in your boudoir with nothing on but his suspenders cooing "Give Me A Little Kiss, Will Ya Hon?" in your ear?
pancakes_barbara
Bronxgirl48, I just learned how to post pictures here and it's super easy- 1. Find a picture. Got it? Good. 2. Right mouse click on that picture. 3. Click 'Properties' 4. In the box that pops up you'll see a URL address for that picture. Copy it. 5. Start your post. Put in this code where you want the picture ** 6. Put a space between the *g* and the *s*. (I had to erase it so that it wouldn't revert to code) 7. In between the *=* and the *>* paste the address from the picture. That's it!

scsu1975
Good Lord, CineMaven has learned how to insert images. This is the end of civilization as we know it ... or at least this thread.

rainingviolets21
CineMaven - I am surprised you haven't posted pictures of your fave Gloria Grahame... how about a picture of some stills of The Letter with Saundergard...
CineMaven
SCSU: "Good Lord, CineMaven has learned how to insert images. This is the end of civilization as we know it ... or at least this thread." Jumpin' Jehosafat!! I am a baby boomer. I am mature. I promise you good folks out there in Message Board land, I will NOT over-indulge and use my new-found knowledge for evil. Would that we could say the same for our illustrious post-mate who kills us with deadly poison-tipped puns, such as: "No, you're mistaken. Mae West had Asian blood in her, and was just featured in the series 'Asian Images on Film.' She starred in 'Kyoto Annie', 'I'm No Anglo', Go West Young Chan,' and the daring 'She Done Anna May Wong.'" ...And RainingViolets this is for you: Well...I've finished the Hitchcock marathon for this Fourth of July. Let me go to the sci fi channel and check out "The Twilight Zone" marathon. They shoot horses, don't they? Message was edited by: CineMaven Oops!
Poinciana
Richard Carlson and Hugh Marlowe remind me of each other. Congrats Cinnie! Some day...me too.
MissMusical
After watching "A Penny For Your Thoughts" during the Twilight Zone marathon, I realized that Dick York looks something like Jim Carrey.
CineMaven
Have no fear Poinciana. If I can do this...you can too. Haven't heard from you in a while. :-) MissMusical, you are so right about York and Carrey. I'm watching it now. Yep! Those eyes.

CineMaven
See...looks like Jim Carrey should've been in the "Bewitched" remake rather than Will Ferrell. Ouch!

unclecharlie
When I was younger, I used to confuse Richard Widmark with Frank Gorshin. Anyone got pics?
TikiSoo
No, no no. Tobey Maguire looks like the great Dick York, just less ****: And for the triple play: when cutie pie Tobey smiles, he looks like kd lang! Message was edited by: TikiSoo
scsu1975
For unclecharlie: (I always thought Gorshin was a morph of Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglas)
Bronxgirl48
pancakes, thank you for giving me that information. I guess if I could master YouTube postings, I can do this as well. I certainly can't expect Rich to post all the lookalikes I gave him; i.e., Joe Scarborough as Duke, etc. He's got enough on his plate already, like work. So I'd better get on the ball.
