When I first saw the film back in 1971, and for years afterwards, I swore it WAS Kim Novak. I checked reference books for years trying to confirm it, but eventually learned it was someone named Lucy Knoch.

Rich,

There is an opening for an instructor for the 1950's Science fiction film class down in Film and Filmmakers. Are you interested?

molo, It would be an honor (seriously) to teach a class like that in the forums, but unfortunately I am now in "back to school" mode for the rest of the summer, preparing for classes and writing reports. Maybe if the job is open next summer I'll grab it.

I'd never heard of Togo either, until I saw the opening credits for CSI: Miami (which I don't watch) and said, "hey, he looks like Gylenhaal." Of course, I had never heard of Gylenhaal until I'd seen Proof, with the whiny Paltrow.
