Naturally they stake out the site, to obserseve the pick-up. It doesn't work. Burt Reynolds used to joke that when Raquel and Yul were together, they looked like an ad for a pawn shop. The movie was set in Boston. After the movie opened, there were a string of copycat burnings of homeless people in Boston by street toughs. The Boston police were enraged at the movie people for apparently inspiring the thugs to commit these heinous acts. If I am correct, I'll leave the thread open to whoever has something to post.
