lavenderblue19
I thought of *Executive Suite* immediately, but your located away from the city doesn't make sense. The majority of the film takes place at the company's headquarters in NYC!

DownGoesFrazier
Lavender, the company's HQ is AWAY from NYC. The president keels over in NYC after meeting with Wall Street types. He was going to take a flight back to the town (Millburgh, PA) in which the HQ (and factory) is located, and where most of the film takes place.. In any case, it's your thread, Rhodaq. lavenderblue19
Finance, I think you are incorrect. The majority of the film takes place in NY. I'll rewatch and think you should too, when TCM airs the film again.
DownGoesFrazier
The HQ and factory WAS in Millburgh, PA. I just looked it up. The only thing I said in the clue is that the corp[oration is located away from the city, which it was. It's irrelevant to my clues where the majority of the film takes place, although I believe the majority of the film takes place at the HQ in Millburgh. The only character based in NY was Calhern (and possibly Stanwyck) and they come up to HQ for the Board of Directors meeting, which is the centerpiece of the film. lavenderblue19
Finance, go to TCM's database and read the TCM synoposis of *Executive Suite* - and I still think the clue was a little misleading.
