The Lady Eve
Excellent guess?but they?re not cartoon characters either?this is sci-fi noir?set in the future but with some Raymond Chandler elements?
The Lady Eve
I should?ve known I could rely on you, Mr. 6?s, to come up with the answer! Yes, it is *Blade Runner* (1982) one of the stand-outs of the 1980s?I watched it again recently and liked it as much as I did on its release. Directed by Ridley Scott, it stars Harrison Ford, top ?80s star, and Sean Young, who flamed out within just a few years?also starring Rutger Hauer, Edward James Olmos and Daryl Hannah. A classic?it?s all yours ? great work! Now don?t open the thread, I know you?ve got a great movie to post?

The Lady Eve
Both are excellent guesses?and were films I thought might be contenders when I posted my first clue?and I love them both?*Mr. & Mrs. Smith* proved Hitchcock was capable of much more than ?suspense? and *The Awful Truth* is my very favorite screwball (nothing better than Grant and Dunne, et al) but I was thinking of another screwball gem of the golden era?
