The new Precinct Captain is dismayed by the fact that elderly people gather around the steps of the police station to socialize, chat, play board games and just sit in the sun. He brings up the subject of having them run out of there, but two of his officers stop him immediately. In this neighborhood, this is the only place the old folks can go without fear of getting mugged. The Captain will just have to put up with it. Title?
