*Bon soiree, Monsieur Fence Painter!*

*(I hope Miss Butterscotch doesn't mind if Marilyn borrows her long black gloves...)*

I'm sure Miss Butterscotch won't mind. Now if we

can only get her to lend Marilyn her sword and her

fake machete (don't give them back, Marilyn!),

then maybe laffite won't have to worry about the

sword and fake machete wielder trying to steal

the pirate's rum. (Miss Butterscotch is becoming quite

adept with these accoutrements ;) )

:D I believe Elizabeth Bennett herself taught Miss Butterscotch how to use a bow

and arrow as well, so you'd better watch out! ;)

Rum? Did someone say rum? Mmmm maybe Miss Butterscotch is not the only one you have to worry about. ;)

Forever on my guard. I think our greer here learns by osmosis. She gets better with the B&A with each viewing of the P&P. ;)

So this means you went over Niagara Falls in a barrel, finally?

I was smacked silly and then shoved. :P

What did you think of MM as "Rose"---as a femme fatale? :P

I liked her! I was pleasantly surprised to see her outcome, as well. Yet another

colorful feather in Marilyn's boa. But I believe the film is actually Jean Peters' film,

and I did like that aspect. Joseph Cotten rarely disappoints with me and he was

pretty good in Niagara.

It's been a long time since I've seen the movie, but I'm very pleasantly surprised that you not only liked it so much, but also had such fervent praise for all the lead actors! That should speak highly of you, shouldn't it? ;)

Pleasantly! How nice of you. :P

I figured you'd like Jean Peters' character. I can't believe she married that

annoying guy. I think I'd have preferred going over the falls. :P

:D I'm guessing that's the only time, but I don't want to know if that's the case just yet. No spoilage!

I thought she was very cute. I loved her in her "ducky" outfit.

:D "Ray" reminds you of me then. Yuk, yuk, yuck! That's my impersonation of his laugh. I can't imagine Don Murray or many others being any worse than Ray.

Believe it or not I give you more credit than that. :P

Here's lover-boy, saying just what a bride wants to hear on her honeymoon:

My name is Bronxgirl and I have a terrible confession: I wouldn't mind being married to Ray.

Stable, steady, yuk yuk yuk. And I could get him to do anything for me.

And you thought Ralph Bellamy wasn't for me....
