*CANDIDS*

Recommended Posts

The photos on this thread are absolutely incredible!

Somebody needs to turn the whole collection into a book (Hello, TCM-Pinnacle!)

More than a few of these shots - the Robert Wagner-Jeffrey Hunter poolside candid, for example, are really ready made postcards.

Wicked cool, kids.

WaldoLydecker, thanks for your interes in the thread. Before a book is ever published there would be numerous rights issues regarding the images, which are used here for entertainment purposes only.

*The 1958 duet of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" between Rock Hudson and then-65-year-old Mae West was a truly memorable Oscar moment*.

I think the pup Audrey rides in the basket of her bicycle is the one who has a cameo in Funny Face--

Dick: Now, today you're Anna Karenina...

Jo: Shall I throw myself under the train?

Just the other day, I was watching *Rocky Mountain*, the movie where they met.

Mongo...I played "catchup" today and I am delighted, as usual. The variety of these

candids never ceases to amaze me!

I can't wait to show my husband the picture of young Myrna Loy since she is his all time

favorite.

The picture of Ann Sheridan is stunning! Redheads always have such beautiful hair.

Susan Hayward, Greer Garson, Maureen O'Hara, & Ann....to name a few.

Please keep them coming, Mongo!
