I have never seen these photos before. Some very unique publicity stills for WINGS. With Clara Bow Breaking Hearts in a rather Skimpy Pilot costume. Looking quite adorable while doing it. Very Fun Stuff Indeed!

 

It's interesting that the Tint of these photos is virtually identical to what most of the footage in the Photo-play Productions version of WINGS looks like! A light gold shade. Some sequences have a green tint, and a few are blue, but most of them look almost exactly like the pictures you see here!

Poinciana, Peck and Bates were rehearsing for a summer stock production of "Light Up the Sky".

Something tells me that the movie "The Little Foxes" would have been rich in color, especially the way Bette Davis looks in that shot.
