It's taken me two days so far and I'm only half way through. What I've come to realize, as beautiful as these women are, without make-up and special lighting and the right camera angle, many are not as they seem and have their flaws like the rest of us. That's the magic.

I wonder if the right make-up artist, lighting and camera angle could do that for me? Ha!

Thanks Mongo for posting the "on the set" picture of Gladys George. On the set pics are always so interesting! Makes you realize how difficult it must be for an actor to get it together in front of all the crew, etc. Distracting to say the least. Not at all like acting on the stage where the audience is a respectable distance away.

It is my pleasure Poinciana. I also like the on the set images where I notice just how fake some of the settings really are. Yet, you'd hardly know it once it's transferred to the screen.

Mongo, again I really am enjoying these photos, especially the ones behind-the-scenes. They give you some idea of how much work really went into making the film. There is real work in make believe! It makes you appreciate even more the real actors as opposed to those who want to be famous for being famous. Thanks again. Where did you get all of those pictures anyway? Or, is that a secret?
