MissGoddess
I'll say, Jeeter. The "sins" you commit in violation of good taste just to start with... Speaking of bad taste, are you going to respond to the thread why *Once Upon a Time in the West* is your favorite western?
Film_Fatale
That's my line! I'll make sure nobody else uses it, then.

Speaking of bad taste, are you going to respond to the thread why Once Upon a Time in the West is your favorite western? I'm not sure. I have to reply to a snippy thread first. I just thought you might want to explain your choice to give the thread a more rounded selection. But, I guess there must be no possible explanation for your liking the film, except bad taste. Film_Fatale
But, I guess there must be no possible explanation for your liking the film, except bad taste. Actually, being a big fan of *Once Upon a Time in the West* is an unmistakable sign of very, very good taste!

MissGoddess
Well it shouldn't take you long to "compose" your thoughts about a beautiful woman. I'm sure lots of the guys on the forum would just love it if you "illustrated" your post with screencaps of Miss C.

rohanaka
Which Ellie May? You know there are at least two "Ellie Mays" in Pappy's films. There is only one Ellie May to me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7GFCH9q96w&feature=related Why shucks, Pa...I thought THIS was the Ellie May you were thinking of for sure... Film_Fatale
I never really watched The Beverly Hillbillies, but Elly May is a little cutie. Ah! I knew it! I guess I could talk about Once Upon a Time in the West instead of why I like westerns. It's a deal! Since it's quite possibly one of the greatest westerns of all time, I never grow tired of hearing people talk about this great Sergio Leone masterpiece. And if you should have more screencaps... even better. B-)

rohanaka
Hi April...I missed this post way back here earlier. I like your thought on Hepburn and westerns...it might have been fun to see her out in the old west when she was younger than the Rooster Cogburn...I wonder how she'd have held up in something like Hondo? Fort Apache could almost be enjoyed as a western musical. I am just now tuning into how much music and dancing there is in this film! Now I haven't seen that one in a long time...but that would be an very interesting take on it to be sure. Music is so relevant to a lot of really good westerns...It really does help set the tone. I just don't know about a music though...I don't know how many of our favorite cowboys would do busting into song everytime they lassoed a cow or decked a bad guy in a barroom brawl :-)
