(chronically listed)> THE BIRTH OF A NATION (l9l5), BATTLESHIP POTEMKIN (l925-Ruissia), METROPOLIS (l927-German) 42nd STREET (1933), *IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT (1934) (BP *ACADEMY AWARD WINNER), SNOW WHITE AND THE 7 DWARFS (l938), *GONE WITH THE WIND (l939), STAGECOACH (l939), CITIZEN KANE (l941), THE BICYCLE THIEF (l949-Italy), THE SEARCHERS (l956), VERTIGO (l958), BREATHLESS (l960-France), PSYCHO (l960) & STAR WARS (l977) (SINS OF OMISSION: A STREETCAR NAMED RESIRE (l95l)-(virtually changed the face of film acting), 200l: A SPACE ODYSSEYT (l968)??? & JAWS (l975)- (prior to it's massioe$$$ the industry had no idea about what they & of course *Spielberg tapped into, summertime blockbusters) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
