TCM's New Look - Your thoughts?

*"I really miss the "Sunny Side of the Street" morning opener."* - ChipHeartsMovies

The Edward Hopper "variations" were nice. But after so many years, I was happy to see something new.

I have become quite fond of the quick "rectangle" promos - or, as I call them, the "Colorforms" promos. They quickly recreate classic film scenes - with music - in paper cuttouts and are built around an empty rectangle that becomes the TCM logo at the end.

At first, I was "underwhelmed". But they have grown on me.

Oohh, I had a little squirrel and his name was Pat.

I saw him in the park and caught him in my hat.

And this little critter, I'll tell you what he'd do.

He'd bring me acorns...

...and NUTS to you."

PB....I like the Open All Night promo too. It has a "classic" feel to it.

I like the new "Word of Mouth" promo EXCEPT for the "damn good actress". I am not

a prude and it worked before, but if a promo is being changed, change the whole thing.

Speaking of the new and getting rid of the old, Rose McGowan, please go home!!

(Sorry, Rose fans)
