"Seab" Cooley is one of my favorite Charles Laughton performances. I can hear his sweet sugary Southern voice saying to Walter Pidgeon "Something must have happened."

*******

Evans, Quirt - played by John Wayne in ANGEL AND THE BADMAN

Yes! What a shame it was his last screen role. Some British actors and actresses seem to be very good at doing Southern American characters.

***

Finn -- played by Winona Ryder in HOW TO MAKE AN AMERICAN QUILT (1995)
