Quiz: What movie is this line from?

Recommended Posts

Thanks, 'skipper.

WAG = Wild *** Guess. SWAG = _Scientific_ Wild *** Guess. (I picked up these terms when I did a job that occasionally abutted on police forensics procedures.)

Next up:

"I told you sex would get you in nothing but trouble."

???

Whassamatter, too generic? The line is located in the vacinity of the comment about "...just what this country needs. -- A good 10-cent drunk."

Thanks, Rick; I had almost lost track of this one because there seemed to be so little interest.

Correct re *Lover Come Back* . Tony Randall for the origional quote. Jack Kruchen with the "ten-cent drunk" comment. Rock Hudson with the "VIP Girl" line.

CineramaRick's thread.

Thank you...Next:

Woman: "Tell me, Count, what does the Queen usually wear when she goes out ?"

Man (answering for the Count): " The Count says she wears the King out."

Clue:...The man pretending to be the Count has no dialogue in the whole movie, much like Harpo...

Burt Lancaster in "The Crimson Pirate".

I love that movie. I think it is the inspiration for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. There is even an homage to "The Crimson Pirate" in the first one where they are under water in an over turned boat.

I have yet to see this movie on TCM.
