Knightwolf27
This movie was probably black and white. A damaged German warship anchors in a hidden bay surrounded by high cliffs to effect repairs. A prisoner from that ship escapes with guns and goes ashore. He then uses his rifles to shoot the work crews. The work crews hang tarps over the side to work under but the escaped sailor still shoots them. The warship tries shooting back with big guns blowing up parts of the surrounding cliffs. I'm not sure about the ending but I think the sailor delays the warship long enough for the allied forces to catch up. I would guess this movie was made in the 50's or 60's. I hope someone out there remembers the name of this movie.

Knightwolf27
Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou. That's the movie. There is another old movie on my mind that I'll post a question under the supernatural/horror genre. Thanks again.
