FredCDobbs
Ok, I've got it. That one was easy. He made a movie in 1962 that TCM aired a couple of months ago.
MilesArcher
Slayton's photo from 1930 is a young Ray Milland, probably when he was still known as Reginald Truscott-Jones.

gagman66
Fred, Is the woman Musidora? She looks familiar, but I can't place her. The man I have no idea as of yet. Are they Hollywood or foreign Stars?

FredCDobbs
Wallace Berry is correct. The lady is not correct. The lady doesn't look like herself. This is a very early photo of them.
gagman66
Wait a minute, it's Wallace Beery minus Stache, and a very young Gloria Swanson from when they first got married. Circle 1917? Wally sure looks different. Not that Gloria doesn't.
FredCDobbs
Yes you are right! It is Gloria! Imagine him married to Gloria! (I misspelled his name, it is Beery, not Berry.)
gagman66
I can't take credit. A woman on GAOH knew who they were immediately. Try this here photo. Tragic Silent Star who died young. *"Peach Melba Princess"*
twinkeee
Mabel Normand ?
gagman66
Twinkee, No, it's not Mabel Normand. Fred, Gloria Swanson was actually Chaplin's leading lady in his first Essanay Two-reeler in 1915 HIS NEW JOB. I haven't seen that short for so long I do not recall what she looked like. I'll need to look it up. TCM aired TEDDY AT THE THROTTLE (1917) back in September during Mack Sennett month. Featuring both Gloria and Wally. I wonder if Beery was ever really young? The guy seems to have born 40 years old!
FredCDobbs
I think that's the girl who died because of an accident on the set.
