I think Microsoft has been sending us some "automatic upgrades" that are actually downgrades so we will have to buy the next Microsoft operating system. I hate when they do that. The same with me. My ISP just dropped 256 k DSL, and I had to go to a new ISP and I had to sign up for 1.5 meg DSL, and the telephone company now charges me more for that service. But, I can watch a YouTube movie without it stopping. I can watch it all the way through in real time. What is slower now is my computer. For example, when I turn it on every morning, it takes about 5 or more minutes to load everything before I can even go to my first home page. When I try to open a new page, my computer runs slow before the page starts to load. So the problem is inside my computer. Somehow, Microsoft signed me up for automatic "upgrades" which download into my computer nearly every day. I keep hearing of people who take their computers in to be cleaned or something like that, maybe that's what I should do. I used to have a top of the line Mac and it was nothing but one problem after another and finally I got rid of it....my son said it was my fault because I don't know what I'm doing, he lives in Toronto so he is of no help to me...
