This has been extended to March 27 (??? Not sure about the date). I don't know about everyone else but I was disappointed by this sale. Usually the anniversary sale is 5 for 50. Four for 44 seems a bit stingy. Maybe everybody else was disappointed too and so they are extending the sale hoping to get a few more bites.

Initial copies of Bowery Boys 2 will be pressed. I'll let you know since my copy is on its way.

I'm curious as to whether you actually end up with pressed discs. According to the WAC email announcement, the initial sets of "Forbidden Hollywood: Vol. 6" were supposed to have been pressed as well, but the discs I received were MOD. X-(

I ordered the day after release, so that must have been one *very* limited pressing! Anyway, hope you have better luck.

My copy of Bowery Boys 2 came yesterday and the discs were *pressed*! :)

That was a a very small pressing if Forbidden Hollywood 6 was MOD the day after release!

Just noticed Forbidden Hollywood Collection: Volume 7 is already available for pre-order from Warner Archive.

(I heard Warner Archive plans to release more volumes eventually bringing the total to as many as two dozen Forbidden Hollywood collections).

Forbidden Hollywood Collection Volume 7:

The Hatchet Man (1932)

Skyscraper Souls (1932)

Employees' Entrance (1933)

Ex-Lady (1933)

"This film is newly remastered."

Don't know why they are pre-ordering some MOD's since its the same price as when the item is released. To avoid confusion I have not listed pre-orders unless its a special price. I feel there is no need to pre-order with no savings at all.

Always happy to acquire/upgrade anything featuring my favorite actress, Gale Storm, so if they happen to announce any titles next week I'll anxiously await their arrival (even though I just purchased a collectors' copy of the same movie two months ago) :
