Watch TCM - Spectrum Customer Can't Get Log in Working on Firestick

I'm a Spectrum customer who has had no issues whatsoever using Watch TCM services on my computer, but in trying to verify my cable account to the Watch TCM app on my Firestick, I get a red error message that just tells me to try again. I know for a fact the log in is correct (I successfully verified for several other apps). So, as best as I can tell, this is a problem on Watch TCM's side. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem is here or how I might get in touch with tech support?
