help me find this cartoon please

I've recently reunited with some cartoons I remember seeing as a kid, probably between 1988-1993. Small Fry, The Cobweb Hotel, and Greedy Humpty Dumpty (Max Fleischer Color Classics). There is still one memory that I'm trying to figure out. A woman sitting at a vanity, powdering herself, using a hand-pump style perfume bottle and putting on lipstick. I would estimate it's a very old cartoon like the others I mentioned, but not sure if it's a Color Classic.
