It is a movie that once played on Encore channel that was probably made in the mid 80's or late 80's. Unfortunately, I don't remember any actors or actress from the movie. In the movie, there is a killer who used a ray gun that fire a blue or violet ray that could stun a person who look at the ray. Then the person stood frozen with eye open. He used the gun on some beautiful women that were either actresses or models. After he froze them still with ray gun, he throw them off window to kill them. It was probably a mystery and a thriller genre. I don't know if anyone have know this movie, if you do, I would greatly appreciate if you could tell the name of it. Thank you very much!
