Love your picks JF... you're cookin' --Carrie Ann and Just One Look: great clips...

Now, before I leave the Brits and get into some music from blue-blooded Americans, you gotta include these guys...

You take care my friend...

I was just listening to this Who song yesterday, and thinking how I should listen to more.

Keith Moon is just incredible - with time he only gets more impressive. You'll never hear another drummer like him. Control and chaos in one package.

Here are some of my favorites:

This is probably my favorite clip of them, it shows how they all worked together, and also how controlled they could be.

I've listened to R&R music my entire informative life and I can say with no doubt there ain't nothing better than hard drivin', earthy rock than Southern muscians when you are in the mood for something to take your emotions and let it go...

> Wet Willie is so completely underrated. Keep on Smiling was one of my favorite songs when I was a little kid, and I still love it. Then when I looked them up recently, I found that they were a really fantastic band - almost every song is great.

JF,

You and I are on the same page with this one...

George Thorogood...as a side note, George is from Delaware and many, from that state, sided with the South in the War of Northern Aggression...I've seen him live in Mississippi and it was an unforgettable concert...

Hi, Jake - sad about Clarence isn't it? That was one that made my chin drop to the floor when I heard.

Sorry, I haven't been dropping by, I was sick. I like Orleans, Springsteen, Patsy, Kitty wells, and Fleetwood Mac.

h5. But I can't stand Lynrd Skynrd...sorry!
