But I'd still like to see the others. And how about THE CRIME OF DR. CRESPI; CONDEMNED TO LIVE; THE SIN OF NORA MORAN; THE HIDDEN HAND; THE BAT (1926); SLAUGHTER OF THE VAMPIRES...? Nothing new, I don't think, to get excited about. Although I would have liked a triple feature of SLAUGHTER OF THE VAMPIRES, THE PLAYGIRLS AND THE VAMPIRE, and THE VAMPIRE AND THE BALLERINA. PrinceSaliano
The powers that be clearly aren't as into Halloween as many of us are. Otherwise, Bela Lugosi would be Star of the Month and some of those requested titles would be scheduled. When is the last time TCM showed THE HIDDEN HAND (1942)???
William735
I wonder if TCM still has to wait before they can officially show the Universal Horror films and that is why they don't have any scheduled this year. But fans of Hammer Films can rejoice as most of the major Hammer horror films will be shown in October 2010.
HarryLong
I also like that they programmed the Hammer films (mostly) in blocks that make sense, such as an evening of Terence Fisher's Frankenstein films, etc. Very little is being shown that I don't a;ready have on DVD or DVDR, but it's a better line-up than in the past couple years.
