It was on every Saturday nights at 7pm and Sunday mornings at 10am and then. I think they later moved it to 8pm on Saturday nights? If so. Betty Boop and toons like that from the very earliest days of the medium. (Probably cancelled and probably even banned for use of the words "black" or "white").
