Todd LaRoche Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 When I go to my TMC app on my iPhone and try to view a movie, it asks me to select my cable provider. In my case it's Spectrum (I used to be with Time Warner and then Spectrum took them over). Problem is that when I select Spectrum, the app then tries to log me into my Spectrum account, but it doesn't work for some reason. So things just hang up there and the app doesn't work for me. I do have TCM included as part of my Spectrum subscription. Any thoughts/guidance?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Georgiejune Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 Am having same problem except with WOW Cable. Used to get in just fine. About six weeks ago it starting asking for my login (didn't used to). I select WOW, it gives me my User Name but when I put in the password I get: "There was an error while performing the login."
