StephenRay
I believe it was one of the Noir movies, I saw the most amazing short song by a pretty young blonde, singing at a nightclub. She sang how Valentino and Samson weren't good enough for her. She was standing in place singing, and I have never seen such a delightful giggle. I was amazed the censors allowed it. She shimmied like a small earthquake. Finally she sang, ""I'm so hot, I'm Smokin' - I want a man!" What movie was this and what actress was this? Thanks! Sgt_Markoff
Was the vocalist possibly Lee Wiley? Look up the song on allmusic.com! Or ask the question on mudcat.org. That is, unless Det. Jim McLeod arrives in cavalry-like fashion.

Now I can truly say "I never heard of that person"!
