Robstaff Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 I saw this movie around ‘78, ‘79, ‘80??? It was NOT black & white. All I remember is 3 or 4 people being trapped wayyyy down some kind of extremely deep shaft or something, seemingly impossible to escape from. One of the people trapped was a black male athlete (I think wearing gray sweats). Eventually he tried to climb up this unbelievably high shaft. Everyone had hopes he could make it all the way up & out, but some time later, all of a sudden his body came crashing down into the shaft entryway at the bottom where the others were.
