Here is a listing of PARAMOUNT STUDIOS NOIR contributions from the 1930s to the 1980s. It is an interesting list with many . films that are forgotten from the noir community's consciousness  PARAMOUNT HAD a large output with  the Noir genre. They have listed about 92 films, which would take a whole page to list.  The first film they list is DOUBLE INDEMNITY, then THIS GUN FOR HIRE, which are pivotal for the Noir genre. FOX STUDIOS made only 27 films that are considered Noir.

Thank you for posting this. I haven't seen many of these films because Paramount films are less accessible to TCM than films from some of the other studios. The original poster does include a number of films that would generally not be considered noir, like The Heiress. The Furies is certainly a noirish western, but not The Tin Star. Despite the presence of Lizabeth Scott, Paid in Full is domestic melodrama, not noir. Still, there two or three dozen films here I'd be happy to see on TCM or elsewhere.

I'd seen more of these than I would have thought. I counted 22 that I'd seen, and almost all of those 22 I saw on TCM, actually. I agree they're being pretty broad with their concept of noir. Stalag 17The UninvitedThe Spy Who Came in from the Cold? Each of these films fit more comfortably in other genres than noir, I would say.
