RoyCronin Posted August 6, 2019 Share Posted August 6, 2019 While recently watching Lucille Ball in "The Affairs of Annabel" I noticed early in the film there is a scene with prison inmates doing the laundry. Immediately, I thought of "Caged" where doing laundry is prominently featured and "Tight Spot" has Ginger Rogers and the girls laundering. For Women in Prison films (or films depicting this setting only briefly) this must be a popular milieu for group scenes, but I can't think of any other examples, and haven't found any such list Googling.
