Tricky one there, Peebs. I'm going to go with Conway Twitty, the country singer. He was only in 4 films. You might have been looking for Yvette Mimieux, but she had an earlier, uncredited performance in 1958's A CERTAIN SMILE.

Yep, I was going for Yvette Mimieux.  Conway Twitty works, too.  I believe the general "rule," for lack of a better word,  in this thread is going with the first credited role.   

You're up, Mr. Magoo. :)

The first credited role is probably easier to identify.

I've never seen Alive and Kicking but it sounds like a fun movie.
