Owen Kline has been making comic books, fanzines, small joke books, and novelty records since he was in high school. He is the codirector of the short film Jazzy for Joe (2014), starring the late talk-show legend Joe Franklin. Kline’s feature debut, Funny Pages, a coming-of-age story about a teenage cartoonist, premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.
