Problem With Playing On Demand Movies

Getting message from TCM that it can't verify my account with XFINITY.  My account with Comcast/Xfinity is in good order all bills are paid and I was just watching On Demand a few hours ago.  Please fix this as I am a senior citizen who can't sleep and I need to watch TCM.  Thank you for your help.
