Also announced that county health departments would administer them, just show up. Several counties had to refuse admission within two hours of opening. He also highlighted that Florida is one of the first states to vaccinate EMTs and paramedics in addition to hospital staff." Dr. Jeff Bahr, president of Aurora Health Care Medical Group in Wisconsin, revealed Thursday that the culprit behind the destruction had not only taken the vials out of refrigeration overnight Friday as first thought but had also done so the previous night - before returning them to the fridge before they were caught. Because hospital officials were previously unaware of this, the doses were given to 57 people before the remainder was discarded. Genome sequencing of the 57,000 U.S. samples uploaded to database GISAID revealed an uptick of the new variant in late June and early July 2020. Between November 1 and December 31, the team found that 20C-US made up almost 50% of all U.S. sequenced genomes.
