So hard to square Trump’s we’re doing very well with the misery families are going through in our country. It’s so incredibly insensitive

6:22 PM · Apr 6, 2020·Twitter for iPhone

Has trump even bothered to give condolences to these 10,000 families who have lost loved ones?

Does he even care?

When trump battles with a state Governor and refuses to believe that she or he needs help --

that is directly causing the suffering of American citizens.

It's not about partisan politics, it's about the survival of our own people.

Early Data Shows African Americans Have Contracted and Died of Coronavirus at an Alarming Rate

No, the coronavirus is not an “equalizer.” Black people are being infected and dying at higher rates.

Here’s what Milwaukee is doing about it — and why governments need to start releasing data on the race of COVID-19 patients.

"........As of Friday morning, African Americans made up almost half of Milwaukee County’s 945 cases and 81% of its 27 deaths in a county whose population is 26% black. Milwaukee is one of the few places in the United States that is tracking the racial breakdown of people who have been infected by the novel coronavirus, offering a glimpse at the disproportionate destruction it is inflicting on black communities nationwide. .........

.....Illinois and North Carolina are two of the few areas publishing statistics on COVID-19 cases by race, and their data shows a disproportionate number of African Americans were infected........

..... Without demographic data, the members of Congress wrote, health officials and lawmakers won’t be able to address inequities in health outcomes and testing that may emerge: “We urge you not to delay collecting this vital information, and to take any additional necessary steps to ensure that all Americans have the access they need to COVID-19 testing and treatment.” ........

Over 70% of Chicago’s COVID-19 related deaths were African American, officials say

........African Americans, who make up 30% of Chicago's population, make up 52% of COVID-19 cases citywide and 72% of deaths, Arwady said. For more Chicago COVID-19 statistics, go to chicago.gov/coronavirus............

What gossip are you talking about?

And where did you hear this gossip?

If I were you I would stick with reliable mainstream news organizations, and not pick up on questionable gossip.

Who are you talking about that is immune to the virus?

The mainstream media that I count on, said that if people have already had the virus, they may have antibodies that could protect them from getting it again. But the research is not conclusive at this point.

If you've heard something else about somebody else having immunity, I'd like to hear about it?

I don't, I only check out with the best news sources.

I don't follow all that other off-the-wall stuff that's on the internet that you don't know where it came from.

Most of the stuff on the internet used to be something you'd only see on the wall of a high school bathroom.

Rumors are not worth repeating. And rumors really are not even worth knowing about  if you have enough sense to follow legitimate mainstream news sources.

So let's not repeat any rumors here.

While the Democratic governor continues to blame President Trump for a ventilator shortage in New York, a state Health Department report warned Cuomo all the way back in 2015 about this exact problem.

Trump repeats his false claim that people are being tested getting on and off planes. Just not happening. Airlines and airports have no idea what he's talking about.

This is significant not only because the president is saying things that aren't true but because he's using this imaginary testing to justify not taking action to limit plane travel.

Trump says almost 1.8 million tests have now been done for coronavirus in the U.S. He says he thinks other countries had more cases but just didn't do the tests. "One of the reasons we have more cases is that we've done more testing," he says.

Trump claims: "One of the reasons that we have more cases is we've done more testing. ... If they did the kind of testing proportionally that we're doing, they'd have many more cases than us."

Fact check: The U.S. has tested a lower proportion of its population than others.

Rule of thumb:

If Trump opens his mouth, it's probably a lie.

They say that a crisis brings out the best in some people. Lord, look at the courage and tenacity, for example, of those front line medical workers, some emerging from retirement,  toiling to save lives while fearful for their own and those of their family.

But for some that decency and humanity can't emerge because it simply isn't there.  Having this man as President of the United States at the time of a pandemic adds to the tragedy of this time.

trump doesn't want to be accountable for not preparing for the pandemic when even his close trade advisor gave him explicit warning in January. That is why he complains and attacks the journalists who asked him questions about what happened, why it happened and what's going on.

What's worse is how he harasses and argues with the Democratic Governors are struggling with their own pandemic crisis in the populous states.

Being a narcissistic sociopath he still sees this National tragedy as being all about him--

The governors have to compliment him in order to get the medical supplies dying Americans need, who have already paid for this equipment.

If anything good comes from this tragedy, it will be a very good demonstration to the American people of how important a president is, how difficult a president's job is and how well and how easily Obama did the job.

It was no joke when people said trump didn't have the qualifications or the psychological stability to handle the presidency. That's why I voted for Hillary Clinton.

Like to point out so has West Virginia Governor Justice whom reported no new deaths just now in his speech.

Having this state locked down so early after the first few cases is paying off.

The current count per @MSNBC:

- 386,077 U.S. COVID-19 diagnoses
- 12,234 Americans dead
- 77,852 dead in the rest of the world COMBINED (at least officially).

That means the U.S. represents about 16 percent of the total deaths worldwide.

More than 12,000 Americans dead from a pandemic and the president is angry because he can't play golf and spew BS at his rallies.

More proof that trump is not only unqualified for the presidency, but he doesn't even understand what the job entails.
