Does TCM even monitor these boards or respond to the issues being discussed.

For the past 2 years I have not been able to use the TCM app on my iPad. I can watch the first 5 mins of a film before it stops working or crashes. Is the company doing anything as I have seen a lot of discussions/threads on the same issue going back a couple of years at least. Is there a fix? Whom in TCM can we complain or do I just cancel my subscription.
