How about Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgewick? 

FYI - Shirley Temple - early 20th century.  I would have gone with Scarlett J.

 

Next:  Favorite fashion icon in the movies (I tend to look at costume designers, etc.) - can be off screen also.

I specifically wrote it that way so we wouldn't have someone saying Shirley Temple or Margaret O'Brien. LOL
