“The requested title is not available...” message

I have “successfully “ activated my device several times now, but can’t get any movies to play.  I can choose them, but when I tell it to play, I get the same message—“...the requested title is not available at this time.”  Very frustrating.  What is the fix?

Uh,   you're posting at the film festival forum.
