Can’t find a movie with a love story

I have been looking for the name of a movie for about a decade or so. I saw a trailer for it in a series of clips for a special TCM promotion honoring something I can’t recall. It wasn’t an Oscar but maybe some kind of honoring of an critically-acclaimed actress, there was a man and a woman, whom seemed to be pleading with the man and told him something along the lines of “I’ll do your dishes, cook your food and scrub your floors”. The actress had light brown or blonde hair, the man was had Rock Hudson’s features.

 

Let me know if that rings a bell for anyone please, the scrubbing the floors as a way to show how much she loved him especially stuck with me.
