Health experts say prisons and jails are a potential epicenter for America’s coronavirus pandemic.

They are little cities where many people share cells, sit elbow-to-elbow at dining areas
and are herded through halls to the yard or jobs.

Board Games Adapted for the Pandemic-  ;)

Sorry Not Sorry!: Each player rolls the dice to determine how many steps closer Trump and his staff will move toward one another, behind the press-conference microphone. The winner gets to yell out, “I don’t take responsibility!” or “That’s a nasty question!” and revoke a reporter’s press credentials.

Medical Risk: Players survey physicians and researchers across the globe to assess various medical risks and best practices for flattening the curve. Then they ignore all logical advice in an attempt to destroy their home countries as quickly as possible

Hungry Hungry Hoarders: Players attempt to grab as much toilet paper as possible, in sixty-second intervals.

Then the losers judge the winners for their callous selfishness, while buying up all the pasta.

Chutes and Ladders, Spring-Break Edition: A team game. One team diligently climbs the flattened-curve ladder. The other insists on getting drunk and engaging in sloppy Fort Lauderdale ****, determined to slide everyone back into crisis mode.

But I Really Need This Operation: This game is actually impossible to play because, in addition to the regular missing organs, there are now no masks, gloves, or hospital rooms left.

The Game of Quarantined Life: Landmark events include getting an (online) degree, cancelling your wedding, and saying “**** these streaming yoga classes” before eating a dozen Toll House cookies, while watching the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.”.....

This cartoon inspired me...Coronavirus Basketball.  Specially designed basketball and hoop / net will snag the ball but there is a 10% chance it won't.  First team that gets it through the hoop to floor wins.

Amazon, one of the richest corporations in the world, which paid almost no taxes last year,

is offering UNPAID time off for workers who are sick & just two weeks paid leave for workers who test positive for the virus.

Meanwhile, it demands its employees put in mandatory overtime.

What Happens If Workers Cutting Up the Nation’s Meat Get Sick?

As meatpackers rush to meet demand, their employees are starting to get COVID-19.

But some workers say they’re going to work ill because they don’t have paid sick days and can be penalized for staying home.

I think we can expand this to a multitude of workers out there.   Who is going to pick up garbage on the streets?  Who is going to run the electric, gas, water and other utility plants?  Who is going to monitor that water and other "products" meet purity standards?

I assume the article is about ill workers preparing food products though.  Didn't read it - computer very slow to open links for some reason.

To just discuss meat, you have to start with the ranchers and their workers and the trains/trucks that transport the animals to the slaughter houses.  Then to the butchers who prepare the products for sale in the stores.
