Trouble signing in to TCM via Roku/Direct TV

I have been trying for two weeks to sign in to TCM.  This is a new problem as I have been downloading TCM for years via Roku and Direct TV.  About two weeks ago, I was not able to connect AFTER I submitted the  TCM Activation Code.  I chose my provider - the system would take me BACK to choosing my provider.  I am not able to connect.  I have tried via Google and Firefox.  I have called Direct TV/AT&T and they stated since the TCM App is downloading on my TV, giving me an activation code, the problem is TCM.  I have rebooted, I have deleted TCM from my TV and re-connected.  I have unplugged the system, I have unplugged the TV, all in vain.   Please advise what I need to do>  Thank you!
